Say hello to the new arrival. This is Jack. He was inspired from a picture I took at Faerie Worlds 2013. I had a hard time trying to decide what to draw him as, but with the Halloween holiday closing in my husband suggested making him one of my favorite characters, Jack from "Nightmare Before Christmas."

I have been working hard on my new boy, Jack. I had originally taken a picture at Faerie Worlds this last year and fell in love with it! I had no clue what to do with it though. My husband said "why don't you make it into Jack from "Nightmare Before Christmas"? I didn't want to straight up just draw Jack but the idea stirred in my head for a bit and I decided I would draw Jack before he died. There are a few subtleties to let you know who he is that will be easier to see when he is finished.  I can't wait to add this new boy to my collection!
