Sorry it took me so long to get this posted. I had a lot of work to do to get ready for the Fairy Blossom Festival last weekend. Here is "Dreamer" Finally! The mermaid Shaila is dreaming of what life out side her tropical waters would be like. The tail on Shaila was inspired by the Mandarin Fish.
