Ms. Charity Finagain is the type of Captain that is not afraid to get down and dirty with her crew. She knows her ship from stem to stern and can fix it with the best of them.  

I really worked hard on the little details of this picture from the leather creases to the stitching on all the garments. The big challenge I  faced for this picture was her hair. I am so used to perfect hair that this one really took a while to get done.

The pretty pink monocle she is sporting was a gift from a very talented leather worker named Mac McGowen.  You can see more of his creations at:

I have been working hard on getting some steampunk pictures into my drawing portfolio lately. Apparently without knowing it I had already created some steampunk pictures. Now that I know what I have been doing I have 2 pictures I am working on. I have an airship steampunk lady in progress  (hopfully she will be done the beginning of next month.) and I thought it would be a good time to add a steampunk pirate to my set of map pirates.
